Hectic morning! I don’t have time for breakfast. I need to get going for an early morning meeting. Sound familiar? Yup. We’ve all been there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Busy mornings are no longer an excuse for grabbing an unhealthy bite —especially if your office has an Oh My Green-stocked kitchen. This super-easy-to-make parfait takes all of 2 minutes to prepare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s what you need: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Your favorite flavor of a 5.3 oz Siggi’s Yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 cup of sliced strawberries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 cup of blueberries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp chia seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 cup of Gr8nola granola<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s nothing to the preparation! Simply serve the yogurt into a bowl, spread the chia seeds over it, add the strawberries and blueberries, and top with granola. How you eat it is up to you! I usually like mixing it all and I make sure to get every ingredient in every bite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This simple breakfast leaves me super satisfied, but also I’ve noticed that I tend to make better choices for the rest of the day! It’s like, I don’t want to undo the good I did earlier or something… \u00af\\_(\u30c4)_\/\u00af<\/p>\n\n\n\n
